Terms and Conditions

Shipping

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped thereafter. We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping times and fees are calculated at checkout. Orders may be delayed depending on the volumes of orders we are processing. If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone (ensure that your contact details are correct). 


You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for the tracking to be activated. 


Peplum by DR is not responsible for any customs charges (tariffs, duty, etc.) that may be applied to your order. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any fees imposed. 


Damages

Peplum by DR is not liable for any damage or loss incurred during shipping. Please contact the carrier to make any claims. Retain all packaging and damaged items before filing a claim. 

Return and Refund Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. No returns/exchanges will be accepted after this period.

Items must be in the same condition they were received in, unworn or unused, and in the original packaging with clothing tags attached to be eligible for return. Retain receipt or proof of purchase for return to be processed.

Contact us on sales@peplumbydr.com.au to request a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or defective products
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify.


Exceptions
Items purchased on sale or on gift card, jewellery and custom items cannot be returned.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return policy, and once the return have been successful, you can make new purchase and pay any difference that may apply or receive a refund of the difference if the new item costs less than your original purchase. 


Refunds
Refunds will be confirmed and processed after inspection. We will notify you if, for any reason, your refund request is not successful. If successful, refunds will be processed within 10 business days through your original payment method, if not otherwise agreed. Please note that credit card payments may be delayed, however, if it takes more than 20 days, please notify us on sales@peplumbydr.com.au.
